Catamounts advance into Wednesday's double-elimination portion
2016 (Sophomore): Played in 60 of the team's 62 games with 50 starts including 46 at third base, five at first base, and four times as the designated hitter ... Batted .298 with 59 hits in 198 at bats, finishing with 16 extra base hits including 10 doubles and six home runs for a .439 slugging percentage ... Finished with 17 multiple hit games including a four-hit outing, while tallying multiple RBI in 11 games ... Set a career-best with four RBI at VMI (April 10) ... Had a strong 11 game run in late April through early May where he batted 21-for-41 (.512) with eight doubles, a triple, and 12 RBI ... Slumped over the last 16 games of the season, batting just .207 (12-for-58) ... Though he struggled with a 3-for-19 (.158) average in the SoCon tournament, drew a team-best eight walks and was hit by a pitch for a .429 average as WCU claimed the tournament title ...
